By making use of the services provided by Trully, the User declares that they will submit to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of services with Trully.

Trully only operates the web page available on the site: https://trully.ai, and we are not responsible for third party sites that may be similar in terms of User experience or corporate image. We invite you to be aware of phishing practices that seek to usurp corporate identity to commit fraud.
Trully grants a personal, binding, exclusive and non-shareable use of our services to the User. The User may not share the services or replicate them in any way, which will be grounds for termination of the contract signed between the User and Trully. The use of the service is limited to the User only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the services provided by Trully, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of this website, unless you have our written permission to do so.

The purpose of Trully through the https://trully.ai site is to provide Users with information regarding the services provided by Trully and through its (contact) button via WhatsApp or Email in order to establish a contact link to provide further information regarding the services provided by Trully.
The services that Trully provides are those corresponding to identity enrichment, based on collective intelligence. For the purposes of providing Trully services, the person responsible for the data is in charge of having the authorization of the owner of the data so that Trully, in its capacity as manager, carries out the provision of its identity enrichment services based on collective intelligence and as soon as the provision of services is completed, return the previously shared data to the person responsible for the data.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, within the Trully website, you can also leave your data in order to deepen our services or apply for a job. As a consequence of the foregoing, Trully undertakes to solely and exclusively use your data for these purposes.
Trully strives to keep our services safe for all Users. But we can’t guarantee it. This being so, by using the services provided by Trully, you agree that: (i) You will not use the services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited under Mexican law; (ii) You will not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interfaces to access the website or extract information from other Users; (iii) You will not use the Services in a way that could interfere, interrupt, negatively affect or prevent other Users from using our website. Said intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, the following: (i) Trademarks, company names, service names, commercial notices, commercial image, logos, Internet domain names and other distinctive signs, as well as all applications, registrations , expansions and related renovations; (ii) Patents, patent applications and all related renewals, utility models, utility model applications, certificates of addition, extensions and related renewals and invention registrations; (iii) Registrations of industrial designs and applications for the renewal of industrial designs, extensions and related renewals; (iv) Copyright, computer programs, designs.
The User agrees not to violate, reproduce, imitate, totally or partially, any intellectual property of Trully, the User also agrees not to use any intellectual property of Trully for purposes other than those provided in these Terms and Conditions and permitted by the applicable legislation.
On the Trully website, we use functional cookies. The cookies used by Trully allow us to collect, analyze and retain electronic information related to visits to the website. The cookies we use allow us to collect this information automatically at the very moment you access the website and our electronic services; however, these do not allow us to individually identify the people who visit us. The User agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Trully and our affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, licensors and agents from and against any and all claims. , charges, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) due, arising from or related in any way to members, customers, and persons related to the User.

Trully tries to keep the Services up and running and hassle-free, but we make no promises that we will be successful. Trully attempts to provide a good User experience, however, we do not represent or warrant that: (i) the Services will always be secure, error-free, or timely; (ii) The services will always work without delays, interruptions or imperfections; and (iii) Any information obtained by the User through the services will be timely or accurate.
